मी कन्हैया, गाव मोरवड, तालुका वडवणी, जिल्हा बीड येथील रहिवासी असून, 'कैलासवासी सुंदररावजी काका शेळके पाटील माध्यमिक विद्यालय मोरवड' या शाळेमध्ये इयत्ता ७ वी का विद्यार्थी आहे. या अर्जाद्वारे मी आपले लक्ष माझ्या दैनंदिन शैक्षणिक प्रवासात येणाऱ्या एका मोठ्या अडचणीकडे वेधू इच्छितो आणि नम्रतेची विनंती करू इच्छितो.
माझे गाव मोरवड हे मुख्य रस्त्यापासून आणि माझ्या शाळेपासून साधारण १ किलोमीटर अंतरावर आहे. आमच्या गावातून शाळेपर्यंत येण्या-जाण्यासाठी कोणतीही सार्वजनिक वाहतूक व्यवस्था (उदा. बस किंवा ऑटो) उपलब्ध नाही. त्यामुळे मला दररोज कडक ऊन, मुसळधार पाऊस किंवा थंडीच्या दिवसांत पायीच शाळा गाठावी लागते. १ किलोमीटरचे हे अंतर रोज चालल्यामुळे शाळेत पोहोचेपर्यंत मी खूप थकतो, ज्याचा थेट परिणाम माझ्या अभ्यासातील एकाग्रतेवर होतो. कधीकधी खराब हवामानामुळे माझी शाळा चुकते आणि माझे शैक्षणिक नुकसान होते.
मी माझ्या अभ्यासाबाबत अत्यंत गंभीर असून मला भविष्यात शिकून खूप मोठे व्हायचे आहे. जर मला शासनाच्या विविध कल्याणकारी योजनांतर्गत सहाय्य म्हणून एक 'इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी' मिळाली, तर माझा हा शैक्षणिक प्रवास अत्यंत सोपा आणि सुरक्षित होईल.
🔋 मला 'इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटीच' का हवी आहे? त्याची महत्त्वाची कारणे:
१. पर्यावरणपूरक (Eco-Friendly): इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटीमुळे अजिबात धूर निघत नाही आणि प्रदूषण होत नाही. एक विद्यार्थी म्हणून मला पर्यावरणाचे रक्षण करायचे आहे आणि शासनाच्या 'हरित भारत' अभियानात हातभार लावायचा आहे.
२. आर्थिकदृष्ट्या परवडणारी (Cost-Effective): आज पेट्रोलचे दर खूप जास्त आहेत. माझ्या कुटुंबाला रोज पेट्रोलचा खर्च परवडणारा नाही. इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी घरच्या घरी खूप कमी विजेमध्ये charge होते, ज्यामुळे माझ्या पालकांवर आर्थिक भार पडणार नाही.
३. कमी देखभाल खर्च (Low Maintenance): पेट्रोल गाड्यांप्रमाणे यामध्ये वारंवार इंजिन ऑइल बदलणे किंवा महागड्या दुरुस्तीची गरज नसते. त्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी हे सर्वात सोपे आणि स्वस्त साधन आहे.
४. वेळेची व ऊर्जेची बचत: पायी जाण्यात जो वेळ आणि ऊर्जा वाया जाते, ती वाचवून मी माझा अधिक वेळ अभ्यासासाठी आणि अवांतर वाचनासाठी देऊ शकेन.
५. शांत आणि सुरक्षित प्रवास: ही स्कूटी आवाज करत नसल्यामुळे ध्वनी प्रदूषणही होत नाही आणि मी वेळेवर व सुरक्षितपणे शाळेत पोहोचू शकेन.
महाराष्ट्र शासन नेहमीच विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शिक्षणासाठी आणि पर्यावरण रक्षणासाठी विविध योजना राबवत आले आहे. मला पूर्ण विश्वास आहे की, आपण बीड जिल्ह्यातील एका ग्रामीण विद्यार्थ्याची ही रास्त अडचण समजून घ्याल आणि मला इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटी मिळवून देण्यासाठी योग्य ती सकारात्मक कारवाई कराल.
